  • Not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Not use automated systems or bots to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.
  • Be solely responsible for all images and content you process using the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all images and content you process using PicTools. Since all processing happens in your browser, we never have access to, nor do we claim any rights over, your images or content.

  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems.
  • Introduce malicious code, viruses, or other harmful software.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service for any purpose without our express permission.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the Service for any user who violates these acceptable use guidelines.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
