PicTools provides a collection of free online image tools including but not limited to image compression, resizing, format conversion, cropping, rotating, watermarking, and various other image manipulation utilities (the "Service"). All image processing is performed entirely within your web browser — no images are uploaded to our servers.

You retain full ownership of all images and content you process using PicTools. Since all processing happens in your browser, we never have access to, nor do we claim any rights over, your images or content.

The PicTools website, including its design, logo, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of PicTools and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PicTools and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data, images, or content
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Damage to your device or software
  • Any errors or inaccuracies in the processed output
  • Service interruptions, downtime, or unavailability
